Prima facie, the impugned order indicates that the competent authority has exercised power under section 76 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 to refer dispute to the Tribunal. The right pleaded is only regarding possessory right. 3.

Hence, issue notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5, returnable on 4th March 2024.

Till next date, the impugned order dated 1st November 2023, shall remain stayed.
