The request put forth by the Petitioner is that his proposal dated 10.9.2024, seeking approval to his appointment as Head Mistress of a School conducted by a Minority Institution, be decided within a time line.

The Advocate representing Respondent No. 1 Administrative Officer, submits on instructions that a meticulous verification exercise would be carried out and a decision would be taken within 60 days.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We make it clear that if Respondent No. 1 finds that there are any deficiencies, such deficiencies would be pointed out to the Management within 21 days from today and a reasonable time be granted to the Management to remove the deficiencies. In the event, an adverse order is passed, the same shall contain proper reasons. If the proposal of the Petitioner is accepted, all other incidental and consequential orders, including allotment of Shalarth I.D., would be passed expeditiously. 4.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the Petition. In order to ease the process as directed herein above, on the suggestions of the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1, let the Management appear before Respondent No. 1, on 25.02.2025, at 12 noon and render cooperation.
