The learned Advocate for the petitioners invited my attention to Section 20(3) of the Land Revenue Code, 1966 which provides for one appeal and revision in accordance with the provision of the Code. However, the facts of the case, it appears that the respondents filed an appeal which was allowed, and against which the petitioners filed second appeal which was also allowed against the said order. The respondents filed revision, which has been allowed; hence, issue notice to respondent Nos.6 to 10, returnable on 13 March 2025.
