According to the learned Advocate for the petitioner, notice of the proceedings under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1893 was not issued to the petitioner. Moreover, the basis of judgment under Section 28A is an Award dated 31st March 2025, which considers land having non-agricultural use potential whereas the lands covered by the judgment under challenge are agricultural lands.

Hence, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 26th February 2025.

Learned AGP appears on behalf of State and waives service for the respective respondents-State Authorities. 4.
