Since last one week this Court is observing the conduct of the officers of the Committee, as whenever the matters are called out in first session, the officers were never present with original record. 2.
As a sequel of above, the Law Officers/AGPs are finding it difficult to extend proper assistance to the Court. 3.
Today also since morning about four matters the Committee Officials from the Tribal Development Department are found to be absent, as a sequel of which, either adjournments are sought or pass over is sought or request for kept back is made by the AGPs. BGP.

Such conduct of the Committee Officials is deprecated in strong words.

We direct learned AGP to communicate this order to the Additional Chief Secretary, Tribal Development Department, so also, the Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, who shall issue appropriate corrective instructions to the officials from the respective Scheduled Tribe Scrutiny Committee. 6.
We further direct that the steps taken at the government level pursuant to compliance with the aforesaid orders be placed on record within four weeks through an affidavit to be duly sworn by Additional Chief Secretary / Principal Secretary, Tribal Development Department within four weeks.

Stand over to 24th February, 2025.
