The Circle Officer, Kanchanwadi, is before the Court. He instructs the learned AGP to state that the communication from the Tahsildar, Aurangabad addressed to the Talathi Sajja, Kanchanwadi, dated 24.02.2014, would be acted upon by following the due procedure laid down in law without further delay, if the same is still pending. If it is already decided, he would communicate the decision to the Petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.3 would follow the due procedure laid down in

(( 2 )) 74-WP-1090-2024 law and shall complete the procedure as is expected in the light of the said communication dated 24.02.2014, within 30 days from today. If there is any legal impediment, he would point it out to the Petitioner. If any further time is required, he would apply vide a Civil Application to this Court for seeking extension.
