We direct the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation to dispose of the Petitioner's complaint dated 4th May 2023 and 4th August 2023 in accordance with law and on their own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 29th July 2024 by considering reply filed by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 3.

The Corporation must communicate its order to the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by 29th July 2024. 01st July 2024

All contentions of all parties are left open. 6.
