Challenge is to the order dated 25.09.2021 passed by the panel of Lok Adalat and subsequent decree dated 25.09.2021 by which, RCS No.3/2021 was compromised.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although the compromise was recorded, the petitioner has not received any amount. It is alleged that the compromise was got recorded under coercion and by playing fraud on the petitioner. 4.
