The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has taken us through the checkered history of the litigation between him and the University. We have perused the order dated 17.0.2013, passed in Writ Petition No. 4595 of 2012 and the order dated 4.5.2022, passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No. 183 of 2015. The time lag has been explained by the Petitioner.
