Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that there are two contrary findings which are in favour of the petitioner. The transaction in question was the money lending transaction. However, the Registrar, reversed the judgment and remanded the matter to the District Registrar CoOperative Societies for fresh inquiry. It is also the complaint that the Registrar delivered the judgment belatedly. In view of the facts, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on
