I have heard Mr. Bhosle, learned Advocate for Petitioner, Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Singh, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.3. 2.

After hearing them for some time, I have impressed upon both the learned Advocates appearing for the private parties that without prejudice to the rights and contentions, the issue which affects the Petitioner should be reconciled with the Respondent No.3 represented by Mr. Singh as prima facie, I am of the opinion that if the parties attempt a reconciliation, the lis can be resolved entirely rather than passing an order in the Writ Petition and relegating the parties to the Trial Court.
