Mr. Hiwrekar, learned Advocate for respondent No.1 points out that this Court has granted interim relief by order dated 29.01.2025. A suit was already filed on 17.12.2024. The ad-interim relief order passed by this Court has thus become infructuous on that date. 2.

Since the report of service of notice on respondent No. 2 is still awaited, stand over to 04.04.2025.

Petitioner is granted liberty to serve respondent No. 2 again by private mode of service and to file an affidavit to that effect. 4.

Parties are put to notice that, as far as possible, this Court may take up the writ petition for final disposal at the stage of admission. 5.
