Learned advocate for the petitioner pointed out that impugned order directing the society to furnish documents has been stayed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8690 of 2023. Therefore, the order of imposing of penalty for delay in furnishing information needs to be stayed. Hence, till 28th February 2024, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). 2.

This writ petition to be heard along with Writ Petition No.8690 of 2023.

The petitioner to move before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for clubbing both writ petitions and for assigning the writ petitions
