The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered copy of communication dated 23/02/2024 that has been issued by the Deputy Secretary, Other Backward Class Welfare Department. In the said communication, it has been stated that the Director would inspect the Institution being run by the petitioner with regard to the deficiencies pointed out.

The learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that the representatives of the petitioner would appear before the Respondent No.2 and submit all relevant documents to indicate that such deficiencies have been removed. Accordingly, the representatives of the petitioner are permitted to appear before the Respondent No.2 on 18/03/2024 and place 1/2
35-WP-1181-24.doc Rameshwar Dilwale before the said authority all relevant documents. The Respondent No.2 is free to inspect the education institution to verify as to whether the deficiencies have been removed or not.
