Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file change report in respect of appointment of newly created post of Joint Secretary.

In view of above, keeping open all the grounds agitated before this Court in this writ petition and with liberty to other side to raise all the grounds available to him, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to mention, the authority concerned would decide the change report on its own merits and uninfluenced by the order passed under Section 41A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act.
