By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to forthwith decide and conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending against the respondent Nos.3 and 4, being Complaint Nos. PR 278A/2019 and PR/278/19-DD/312/19, filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the authorities have prima facie come to the conclusion that a case is made out and have accordingly forwarded their opinion to the higher authorities for further action. He states that the proceedings will be taken to its logical end by the concerned authorities, within six months from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the allegations made in the complaint by the petitioner and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open. 2/3

Registry to accept the Vakalatnama filed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
