Mr. Jaiswal, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that parties have settled the dispute and they have filed Petition under Section 13(1)(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the learned Trial Court. He therefore seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to revive the Petition if the dispute is not finally settled. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
