STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS Mr. Muhammed Ateeque, Advocate for the Petitioners Mr. S. B. Narwade, AGP for the respondents/Sate. CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE AND R. M. JOSHI, JJ.

DATE : 6th MARCH, 2024 PER COURT :- 1.

Writ Petition Nos. 1275 of 2024 and 1363 of 2024 are not on board. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners, who has travelled from Nagpur, mentions the matters. Hence, taken on the board. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the matters involving Petitioners involved in the TET exam results scam, wp1249.24.odt

have been transferred to this Bench. However, these three matters are not with regard to the scam and none of these Petitioners figure in the list of candidates in the First Information Report or the scam. He, therefore, prays that these matters need to be relegated to the Nagpur Bench from where they were inadvertently transferred. 3.

Let the learned Registrar (Judicial) at Aurangabad verify the above statement of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners. If his contention is right and these matters are not amongst the group of transferred matters, let these matters be relegated to the Nagpur Bench. 4.

The decision of the learned Registrar (Judicial) shall be communicated to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners through his email ID.
