However, it is informed by the learned advocate for the respondent that the Presiding Officer is now available. Hence, the petitioner shall have remedy of filing statutory appeal before the appellate authority. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the present writ petition open to be agitated before the appellate authority, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
