Despite notice was issued on 26th November, 2024 and seven weeks were granted to file a reply, even after nine weeks, the reply has not been filed. This matter is listed today and, yet, the AGP submits that time may be granted.

We could have imposed costs on the State Government. However, since this Petition is in 'await service' category to the extent of Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5, that we are granting one last chance to the State to file its reply on or before 10th February, 2025, failing which, cost of Rs. 25,000/- would be imposed on the Secretary School Education Department.
