PATIL, JJ DATE : 13th SEPTEMBER, 2024 P.C. :- On 7th August 2024 this Court directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain necessary instructions with regard to the time that would be taken for deciding the revision application. In paragraph 2, it was observed as under :- 2.

Since the prayer for grant of stay has also been made in the revision application, it is directed that

KVM 2/2 25 - WP 1280 OF 2024.doc the Revisional Authority - respondent no.1 shall consider the prayer for interim relief within a period of three weeks on receiving copy of this order. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that till today the stay application has not been considered. It is informed that the next date of the proceedings is 24th September 2024.

In view of aforesaid, it is directed that the respondent no.1 shall consider the prayer for interim relief preferably on 24th September 2024 or within a period of one week from that day. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent no.4 undertake to inform their respective clients of this order. 5.
