Pursuant to the order dated 13th September 2024, the learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered communication dated 3rd October 2024 received from the Desk Officer, Revenue and Forest Department, Government of Maharashtra, which is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that within a period of ten days from today, an application for grant of interim relief would be filed before the Revisional Authority. If such application is filed, the contesting parties shall file their reply to the same by 30th October 2024.
