PATIL, JJ DATE : 23rd AUGUST, 2024 P.C. :- One of the questions that arises is whether the post of Junior Accounts Officer with the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY) is equivalent to the post of Divisional Accountant as mentioned in paragraph 5.2.1 of Chapter 5 of the PMGSY. Since the advertisement in question has been issued by the respondent no.2 - Maharashtra Public Service Commission, it would be necessary to consider its stand in that regard.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions whether he would be representing the respondent no.2. Liberty to the petitioner also to serve copy of the writ petition on the Standing counsel for the M.P.S.C. 3.
