1.

Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. 2.

There is some mistake in the nomenclature of matters which are heard by this Court and delineated in the previous orders passed also. This group of Writ Petitions comprises of three Writ Petitions i.e. Writ Petition Nos. 1277/2024, 1278/2024 & 1297/2024. In so far as Writ Petition No. 1279 of 2024 is concerned, said Writ Petition is a different Petition not connected with the present group of Writ Petitions. Hence, Writ Petition No. 1279 of 2024 shall be de-tagged where as Writ Petition Nos. 1277/2024, 1278/2024 and 1297/2024 will now be shown to be heard together by this Court.

3.

Pursuant to the order dated 14.03.2024, affidavit-in-reply is filed by contesting Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in compliance of the said order justifying their outstanding claim of Rs. 1,61,10,000/-. Copy of the affidavit be handed over to the learned Advocate for Petitioners. Rejoinder, if any, is permitted to be filed within one week from today. 4.

As directed in the order dated 14.03.2024, time to carry out amendment is expiring today. Hence, it is directed to carry out

amendment forthwith in the Court's record. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

5.

Stand over to 4th April, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. In the meanwhile, adinterim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue. Amberkar [ MILIND N. JADHAV, J. ] Digitally signed by RAVINDRA MOHAN AMBERKAR Date:
