1) Learned Additional G.P. on instructions from Mr. Prashant Bedse, Tahsildar Khed, submitted that, the procedure for effecting mutation entries of the name of the Petitioner in the revenue record will be completed as per the provision of Section 149 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, read with the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Record of Rights And Registers (Preparation and Maintenance) Rules 1971, as per the time schedule prescribed under the said Rules and in any event within a period of three months from today.
