Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is ready and willing to bring Sudhir Harishchandra Bhosale to be examined by a committee of doctors, which may be constituted by the Dean, Grant Government Medical College and Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. If that be so, then an appropriate appointment be given so that he can be examined. To enable to complete this procedure, we adjourn the proceedings to 16 June 2025, high on board.
