The case of the petitioner is that an order dated 21 September, 2023 has been passed by the Additional Commissioner, Central Tax, Pune-1 without giving any notice or hearing to him.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents seeks time to take instructions and if necessary, place an affidavit-in-reply on record.

In these circumstances, stand over to 13 February, 2024. Reply affidavit, if any, be filed on or before the returnable date with an advance copy to the petitioner.
