Learned advocate for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner would merely pray for refund as per prayer clause 'B' and pursuant to the order of the learned Minister passed way back on 18.03.2021.

Considering the fact that even the learned Minister in the revision preferred under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, had directed the amount to be refunded to the petitioner, for last almost three and half years, the money has not been refunded for some reason or the other.
