By an order dated 29.01.2025, this Court had called upon the learned AGP to take instructions as to when the Petitioner would be refunded with the amount, failing which this Court may consider imposing interest for delayed payment of amount.

The learned AGP has tendered a copy of written instructions dated 17.07.2025 sent by the District Mining Officer of the office of Collector, Dhule, stating that since the information is old, it is being compiled and that necessary steps would be taken in 15 days.

The learned AGP has taken updated information and stated that the information would be made available for calculation of the amount within one week from today.

We impress upon the Respondents to take steps at the earliest, failing which a direction indicated in paragraph 4 of the order dated 29.01.2025 will have to be issued.
