The impugned order dated 5th January 2024 appears to have been passed under section 55 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1959. The said provision does not obligate the officer to act judicially nor there is any obligation holding inquiry. Hence, the impugned order cannot be termed as quasi-judicial. 2.
