Heard learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. It is his grievance that the appeal is not only dismissed but it is dismissed with cost of Rs.25,000/-. He further submits that the enquiry notice has been issued for recovery of the said amount. He further claims that notice also indicates about initiation of contempt proceedings against the petitioner. Having regard to the above facts, there would be stay to clause (2) of the impugned order dated 25th October 2023 passed in Appeal No.44 of 2023 till the returnable date. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 11th October SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM 2024. In addition to usual mode of service, private service is allowed. Hamdust allowed.
