The petitioner has claimed that she is entitled to be appointed as Aganwadi Helper. However, her claim has been illegally declined. She made a complaint before the Chief Executive Officer, Ahmednagar. The Chief Executive Officer, has dismissed her claim by the impugned order holding that she did not comply with her residence within the area of Aganwadi Center at village Padoshi Taluka Akole District Ahmednagar. 5.

Time granted to the learned counsel for the respondents to take the instructions.
