It appears that the selection procedure was conducted by the Child Development Project Officer, Ahmednagar to fill up the post of Anganwadi Helper. This said scheme is governed by the Government Resolution dated 27.07.2022. The petitioner was placed in the waiting list, however, she was not considered for the appointment. 2.

Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner submitted a representation, which was treated as an appeal before respondent No.1 - the Child Development Project Officer. The said representation, treated as an appeal, was turned down by respondent No.1. As against that, the petitioner had been before the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. The said proceedings were also treated as an appeal. The Divisional Commissioner also concurred with the opinion of respondent No.1. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
