It is submitted that the Advocate appearing for Petitioner is in personal difficulty. Request for adjournment is made. It appears that the Petition is pending for quite sometime without grant of any interim order. The order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal on 18 September 2023 directs the Petitioners to vacate the house of the senior citizen. Since substantial period has elapsed from the date of passing of the order by the Maintenance Tribunal, Advocate for the Petitioner to take instructions whether anything survives in the Petition.
