This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 21st October, 2024.

Having heard the learned AGPs, the learned Senior Advocate as well as the learned Advocates appearing for the parties, we find a serious dispute as to whether the Divisional Chairman of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has the jurisdiction to deal with the matter, which cannot be considered in a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order.

The learned AGPs submit that the State would file a Review Application for seeking modification in the directions set out in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the order, dated 21st October, 2024. 4.
