In this writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the validity of e-tender notice dated 9th January 2024 and seek to quash and set aside the same.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 3, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid e-tender notice, contract was awarded to respondent no. 5 for a period from 9th February 2024 to 9th February 2025, i.e., for a period of one year. It is further submitted that the period of contract shall expire on 9th February 2025.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record.

The contract awarded in favour of respondent no. 5 is on the verge of conclusion. At this point of time, we are not inclined to examine the validity of the e-tender dated 9th January 2024. 5.

The writ petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. 6.

Issue involved with regard to the validity of tender conditions is kept open to be agitated in an appropriate matter. (BHARATI DANGRE, J.) (CHIEF JUSTICE)
