In the facts and circumstances, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg at Oros is requested to decide the said Land Reference No. 5 of 2018 expeditiously and in any case, on or before 30th April 2027.

It is clarified that all the contentions raised in the said Land Reference are expressly kept open.
