This Petition is bereft of necessary details. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that leave to amend may be granted so that personal details can be entered in the pleadings. 2.

We find that the Petitioner has secured registration after the new GR dated 21.03.2023 was introduced. As a result, the earlier G.R. dated 14.11.2021, which is repealed, would not assist the case of the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he is challenging the new GR on the ground of arbitrariness. 4.

After the amendment is carried out within three weeks, leave to circulate.
