By the impugned order, respondent No.1 has allowed second revision filed by respondent Nos. 4 to 12. It is well settled that no second revision is maintainable under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Hence, issue notice to the respondent Nos.4 to 12, returnable on 1 April 2025.

Until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
