Challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the Revisional Authority in exercise of powers under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The Full Bench of this Court in case of Shireen Sami Gadiali v. Spenta Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd., (2011) 3 Mah LJ 486 has held that second revision under Section 154 of Co-operative Societies Act is not maintainable. Hence, the impugned order cannot be sustained. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (b). (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
