1) Petitioners have challenged eviction orders dated 30 September 2022 passed by the Competent Authority. It appears that Petitioners had preferred Appeals before the Additional Collector (E and R) (Western Suburbs) challenging the orders dated 30 September 2022.

2) Petitioners had certain grievances with regard to grant of opportunity of hearing by the Additional Collector in the Appeals. It appears that the Appeals have been finally decided by orders dated 9 December 2024 passed by the Additional Collector. Petitioners will have to take appropriate steps with regard to the final orders dated 9 December 2024 passed by the Additional Collector.
