We have perused the order passed by this Court on 1st April, 2024 in a batch of Writ Petition Nos.13535 of 2023 and connected matters (Satish Tatyabhau Waghmore Vs. State of Maharashtra). In the backdrop of our order, we have perused the order passed by Dr. Eknath Ambokar, Education Officer, Secondary Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur dated 24th July, 2024 and 28th August, 2024. Prima facie, we find the Impugned orders to be unsustainable and bereft of reasons.
