Mr. Badgujar, learned AGP has produced a communication dated 29th August, 2025 along with the Order dated 20th August, 2025 (wrongly shown as '2024'), to submit that the Order of this Court passed on 12th June, 2025 has been complied with. It is taken on record and marked at 'X' for identification. The learned AGP submits that the Application of the Petitioners has been disposed of in terms of the Order dated 12th June, 2025 passed by this Court.
