Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 21/02/2024. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent/State. The learned Advocate Shri. Bagul on behalf of Shri Desale, waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.5. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits in the presence of the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.5/Zilla Parishad, Dhule that, notwithstanding the adverse material that has been uncovered against them by the Special Investigation Team's (SIT), khs/Feb.2024/1516

- 2 - the Petitioners have been working for the last 12 years and are in employment even today. A show cause notice has been issued to the Petitioners and they have already replied to the same. A decision thereon is not yet arrived at. Hurriedly, they may be terminated. Copy of the SIT report is not supplied to the Petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, we direct status-quo, as existing today, to be maintained until further orders. 4.

Let the affidavits-in-reply be filed at least 10 days prior to the returnable date in this matter. Let the Special Investigation Team's (SIT) report, which is said to be running into 600 pages, be placed on record by the Zilla Parishad,Dhule alongwith it's affidavit. 5.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 13/02/2024, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 14/02/2024.
