Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the husband submits that there should be limited stay to the impugned order as the younger daughter is studying in school at Bangalore. The girl is 3 years and 8 months and if the impugned order is implemented, there will be disturbance in her school education.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 14 March, 2024.

Apart from the Court notice, the petitioner is also permitted to serve the respondent by private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date. 5.

There will be a status quo as of today to the impugned order dated 27 December, 2023 passed in Petition No. A-535 of 2022 till the next date of the hearing.
