Parties are attending mediation meetings. Learned counsel for the parties on instructions submit that the parties have almost agreed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

all the terms, however, they need some more time to finalize all the terms. In the meantime, the parties have agreed that respondentmother can avail access during the Dussehra vacation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-husband on instructions submits that the respondent-mother will be permitted to pick up both the minor daughters on 3rd October 2024 from petitioner-husband's residence at Bangalore. He further on instructions submits that let the respondent-mother drop back daughters at the same place on 13th October 2024 latest by the evening.

It is clarified that the parties are at liberty to agree for any convenient time to pick up and drop the daughters. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-husband on instructions submits that he will ensure that the custody of the daughters will be comfortably handed over to the respondent-mother and he will not tutor the daughters' mind against the respondent-mother. Similarly, when the daughters are with the respondent-mother, she will also not tutor the daughters' mind against the petitioner-husband. 5.

It is further clarified that both the parties will not discuss about the pending litigation with the daughters or in the presence of the 2/3

daughters.
