Learned counsel for the parties submit that after certain deliberations the parties have agreed to explore possibility of amicable settlement. The parties in principle have agreed to settle the dispute considering the welfare of minor daughters who are at present aged 5 years and 9 months and 4 years and 2 months. by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date: 2024.07.30 15:04:33 +0530 RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI 2.

Learned counsels submit that Mr. Atul Damle, Senior 1/2

902-WPST-9951-2024.docx Advocate of this Court has agreed to mediate. They therefore request to refer the parties for mediation.

By consent of parties Mr. Atul Damle, Senior Advocate practicing in this court is appointed as mediator. Learned mediator is at liberty to issue necessary directions regarding payment of mediation charges, if any.

Mediation charges, if any, shall be borne by the husband. 5.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner shall forward copy of this order and papers to the learned Mediator. Learned Advocate for the petitioner shall also intimate this order to the main Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay.

In the meantime, the husband agrees that the mother be permitted to talk to the daughters through Whatsapp Video Call daily at 7.00 pm.

Stand over to 9th August 2024. To be listed under the caption "For Settlement".

It is clarified that both the husband and wife shall not tutor the children against each other.
