The petitioner is challenging order passed by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II, Solapur. He states that the Appellate Authority is not available. He states that the petitioner will deposit amount required under Section 7(Q) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 within six weeks from today. He states that within one week from today he will file an undertaking of Managing Director of petitioner undertaking deposit under Section 7(Q) of the Act. 2.
The Appellate Authority is not available and petitioner is ready to deposit amount as per Section 7(Q) within six weeks from

Hence, till next date there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).

It is made clear that if petitioner fails to file the undertaking within one week and to deposit the amount within six weeks from today, the ad-interim relief granted earlier shall be vacated without further reference to the Court in addition to consequences following for breach of undertaking.

List this writ petition along with Writ Petition No.65 of 2024, and Writ Petition No.635 of 2024 on 7th March 2024. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
