The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 04.03.2024 passed by Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik in RTS Revision Application No.777/2023.

Perusal of order suggests that petitioner's Revision Application has been rejected holding that second Revision would not be maintainable.

Apparently, petitioner has remedy to file second Revision Application before State Government. As such, no jurisdictional error is found in impugned order.

In that view of matter, present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty in favour of petitioner to avail alternate remedy of filing second Revision Application before State Government.

Needless to state here that, time consumed in prosecuting present Writ Petition be considered while counting limitation for filing second Revision Application.
