Service affidavit in respect of respondent No.5 has been filed. It appears that the packet has been delivered. Under the said circumstance, the service to respondent No.5 is complete. Learned AGP prays time to file affidavit-in-reply to the main petition and in the meantime it appears that the petitioner has filed Civil Application No.2108 of 2024 for amendment.

WP_1602_2024 As regards Civil Application is concerned, issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice of respondent Nos.1 to 4. Notice of respondent No.5 is made returnable on 27.02.2024. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve respondent No.5 privately in respect of Civil Application also, by permission mode and if the service is effected, file the service affidavit. Any steps taken in furtherance of the tender would be subject to the outcome of this petition.
